That is insane wobble on the tap and drill. Is it a bad machine or did you not tighten the collet and spindle enough?

that wobble looks absolutely horrible. a spot drill and a bit of G code will help but this machine is just too small to do anything other than ali or brass.. for the price one can get a used Mori Seiki even
