Running this on a 1660 now with this patch at medium settings fsr balanced, running at about 30-45 fps when I was at about 20-30 fps before patch. Really appreciate the help, hopefully gsc can help out a bit more soon

Hello everyone, I am writing from a translator, if there are errors in the text do not judge strictly, I downloaded this file to check the optimization on my part on my PC (R5 5600x, RTX 4060, RAM 32gb(3200mhz)) and indeed the fps increased by 10-20 points, from about 80 to 100 fps, the graphics are on medium-high settings with DLSS (balance), some optimization bugs disappeared and the sharpness of the sight improved. Before this file there was a bug when playing the game on high settings after about 30 minutes the fps drops to 5 (at this point the video card was 45 degrees, there is no throttling or breakdown of the video card itself) and it becomes impossible to play this, only a complete restart of the game helps, but with this file playing the game for more than 2 hours there were no fps drops at all. The sight became sharper as it should be, shooting bandits in the head became a pleasure. In conclusion, thanks to the author of the video for a short but very useful guide on how to fix problems in the game.

I’ve been having so many problems with this game crashing and freezing. 3070 Ryzen 5 7600. This made game load almost instantly and no freezing or crashing. Thanks man.

Thanks! I was playing with 70-80 FPS at High/Epic in 1440p but with some very irritating stuttering with an AMD Radeon VII 16 GB with FSR and frame generation on. Now it isn't anymore stuttering! Smooth gameplay!

Make sure to reenable distortions if you use the optimization mod, or else bloodsuckers and gravity anomalies are invisible

I actually tried this mod and it messed up my game display. It actually changed my full screen to windowed mode but the weird part was when I press ENTER (interact button) instead of F key it alternated the screen between windowed and full screen modes during interacting with characters. If I pressed ENTER while in action, it went to windowed mode while still showing a frozen screen as the window border. It was really off. I went ahead and played with the "Graphics" settings of the game and completely got rid of the occasional and random lag that typically happened after 20-30 minutes of playing. To confirm, I played the game twice for more than an hour each time and zero lag, even when indoors. I made just about everything High instead of Epic, disabled Light Shafts and Motion Blurr Strength 0%.

I finally have a solution because I want to play with pleasure but with low fps.

And when I was shooting a video of how bolt throws differ from grenades in an anomaly and what is the difference, I had to change the image size from 4k to full hd - this made it possible to shoot an interesting video

Currently running a RTX 3060 with an i7-11700F Processor, was getting a solid 90-120 FPS with Frame Generation - DLSS + DLAA and High-Medium Graphics

With this I can now run the game WITHOUT Frame Generation - DLSS + DLAA and pull around the same FPS from a base of 47-58 to 74-91... An added bonus is that since Frame Generation caused "Ghosting" with Holographic and Red-Dot Sights I can now run these sights without that issue! Definitely gained a like and a sub from me!

Hey man! Just to confirm, I have 7800x3D with 32GB ram and rtx 2080 and I had mostly good performance but random drops to 14fps with no fixes. This method actually locks my FPS on 120 now and no drops anymore and its super playable, im so thankful!!!!

Edit: Im on 1440p with medium settings, FSR on, DLSS balanced
