I agree. Price and availability of the Speedmaster wins, and it happens to be one of my grail watches. My father worked for NASA during the Apollo, Skylab, and early Space Shuttle years. So the Speedmaster is very special to me. Gotta have it! Take care brother!👊

If it was the GMT, id take the GMT - and I'm a HUGE moonwatch guy. It was the first watch i ever loved. But the GMT is a feature everyone can use all the time. Most ppl don't need to measure distance and speed and all that. But between these I'm going Omega.

I have them both. 1967 321 Speedmaster and 1967 5513 Submariner. Both are keepers.

I agree with this. Speedmaster wins. Also - If I were ever to get the submariner, the 300m water resistance isn't that big a selling point to me because there's no way in hell i'm taking that expensive ass watch anywhere close to the ocean lol. Maybe wear it into the shower....maybe. :D

Comparing speedmaster to a submariner? 🤔🤔 Two completely different watches. Should be comparing seamaster to the submariner... Speedmaster vs the Daytona would be appropriate...

Both are a great watch. You could buy either watch with no regret at all. But a couple of years after the purchase the ones buying an omega will definitely regret not choosing a rolex.

The Omega Speedmaster should be compared to the Rolex Daytona, not the Submariner. Apples vs Apples.
