Can I send a mail 3 days before the birthday in another script stating 'it's your birthday week'?

Can I also send a mail 2 days after the birthday, like sending them a coupon code after their birthday?

Hello Sir,
Everything working properly but wishes is sending 1 day before birth date. Example. if birthday is 7th May but wishes is sending by 6th may midnight 1 AM.
How to change that.
