Worlds Best Carrot Cake

Carrot Cake
1 1/2 c. Packed brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. Cooking oil
4 large eggs
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. carrots grated
Mix this well first
2 1/2 c. All purpose flour
2 tsp. Baking powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon ground
1 tsp. Ginger ground
1/2 tsp. cloves ground
Sift dry ingredients with fork
Add slowly while mixing until batter is formed
Bake in moderate oven @ 350f. for 35 minutes

1 stick of butter softened
16 oz Cream cheese
1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
4 c. Powdered sugar
Beat on low til smooth
