I didn’t know estrogen was an anti-inflammatory hormone. 🤯 Thanks for sharing this.

I was in stage 2 of frozen shoulder. Was told I needed surgery by my surgeon. Grateful for my PT who encouraged me to work on it hard and give it a year. Glad I did, fully recovered without surgery. All during menopause.

I am blown away with your shorts. Please don’t stop. I have done a 180 and went from CrossFit and dancing 7 days a week to zero. All those squats…gone. I’ve been in such pain and not understanding what is happening to me.

Ladies I had the worst insomnia I tried everything natural to fix my issue, I will NOT take sleeping pills. Nothing worked until I started HRT.. it’s sad I waited until I was 64 to try it. I feel like a human being once again. I’m not getting 2-3 times at nights to use restroom. BEST OF LUCK to you all🙏🏼😍

I have an appointment next Friday for my 2nd go round of a frozen shoulder. And I am 57. Really? Now shoulders and body parts can just freeze up? This menopause is no joke. I'm over it.

Shoulder pain can also be associated with colon issues. Why? Because both the small and large intestines meridians run along the shoulder. As an acupuncturist, when I'd have shoulder pain patients, I'd ask them about any bowel concerns. Often when I addressed their colon issues, the shoulder pain would subside. Naturally, if the shoulder is injured in any way, we simply treat the shoulder pain.

Had it both arms when I was 52 most painful experience ever. Bolts of electricity run down my arm with movement, even at night.

I’m 48, post menopausal, had frozen shoulder due to “guarding” my severely injured wrist. I couldn’t move my shoulder w/out terrible pain. What cured it was aggressive physical therapy. Yes, it was painful, and it took multiple weeks of appts, but it worked! 🌻

WOW!!!! Scrolling and I'm dealing with this right now!!!! I just bought a 150.00 pillow thinking I'm sleeping wrong. I've awaken to a painful shoulder about 3X and called out for work last week because I woke up in so much pain.

What I don’t understand is how is it that now I’m in my 40’s and I’ve never heard of my mom or aunties talk about being treated for inflammation due to menopausal symptoms 🤨

As soon as I hit menopause I started suffering from several bouts of calcific tendonitis. It's like having a kidney stone in your shoulder! Brutal pain and dysfunction!

😮. I had a frozen shoulder about a year after I stopped taking a low dose BC and quickly determined I was post menopausal. Sadly, I lived with my frozen shoulder about 2 years before having it manipulated under anesthesia 😢. And just recently discovered I have tendinitis in both wrists but worse on the wrist side of the shoulder that was frozen 🤦‍♀️.

Fortunately, I am seeing a women’s health specialist now as we work together to determine my best options for navigating my journey.

Thank you for your encouragement to seek help rather than suffer through this. 🤗
