If we were designed, we were designed very poorly.

Sorry but, using the colloquial understanding of the word theory promotes scientific illiteracy.

Everything except evolution is only a hypothesis. Theory means something different in terms of science. Evolution is a theory, but even that only describes the origin of species, not the origin of life.

It is important for people to know the difference between hypothesis and theory.

There are trillions of galaxies, trillions of stars and trillions of planets in the never ending universe. And among them one galaxy, milky-way. And among billions of stars in milky-way one of them is sun. And earth is just a mud ball we call planet. And among 5 million species that exist today (that's only 1% of species remaining) humans are the special one??

That theory about how we came from sea has stuck with me for months since you mentioned it in this video when I first saw it....and call me crazy, I know we all have our own opinions, but I believe it's one of the most believable options. Because otherwise, it wouldn't make sense why the water to land ratio is so big, and why most of us as humans actually return to these bodies of water for other purposes, even today. I feel like there is something in each human being that longs to either know more about the sea, be in between the waters themselves, or have an urge for it whenever we're near it. Call me crazy but these are just my thoughts. Either way, amazing video!.

To be honest, I believe that it is way too early to even guess where we came from. All we can do, is learn. And maybe, just maybe someday, future humans will know the answer.
