here I only agree with MikeVictim, Vanbeth and FoxyAfton. The rest is true. Well, with the fact that you already figured out the UCN canon, you were told about it in almost every comment. But William is not Glitchtrap. He died in a fire, then Cassidy tortured him at UCN, and then she let him go and he finally died. And what we see in Help Wanted and Security breach is Mimic.

This is confirmed in the game's canonical books. Mimic mimics the behavior of humans and animatronics. He was also locked up in the FFPP, where he killed a bunch of workers and teenagers. Apparently while he was there, he imitated Afton's behavior and climbed into his suit, as it was said that he could fit into any suit because its parts could shrink and fold. And then employees from Fazbear Entertainment came, took HIS chip and, as you know, connected it to a computer. This is how Glitchtrap was born. This is confirmed by the fact that in the books, a program called "Mimic - 1" took control of PizzzaPlex. Obviously, it was the Mimic. So yes, it's the same character who is also "Burntrap".

Well what he means is the individual hell that cassidy aka the vengeful spirit has created solely to torture William

Its also said that its when William is in the hospital dreaming etc but yeah ucn is Canon and is a special hell created by cassidy to torture afton
