Doordash does all that data and don’t do shit to improve anything .

I always ask them how much longer if not ready, upon arrival, and if it goes to or past pick up time in app, I let the app know why and the customer too, unless you don’t wish to stay for it, then just unassign it and leave. Some orders are just not worth waiting for. I do believe DD is only trying to improve Its app, and not waste our time or the customers.

Yeah they pullin some BS lately, mine now signs me out if i close the app to decline. Makes me sign back in everytime and puts me back in my pause. What kind of bullcrap you trying to pull DD? you think I dont know my login, or that my phone doesnt have it stored?
