If people have never been to a personal trainer, I don't know that they can fully appreciate the GOLD that this video is. To have someone who knows their stuff take you step by step through something like kettlebells is so valuable.

I'm a personal trainer. I'm going to avoid any kettlebell work with future clients until I've mastered these basic movements. The majority of people, including trainers, don't know what the heck they're doing with kettlebells!
