Scientists need to step up their game, seriously, we need to bring these guys back, no hybrids, no mutations, just dinosaurs, raw dinosaurs.

Or make a damn time machine

Short-hand answer: We can't clone Dinosaurs, it's impossable. BUT We can genetically modify birds to get hybrid turkeys that look like Dinosaurs.

Yes, humans are also extinct in ARK universe. If you will do some research, you will see it has a great story behind.

And by the way. The dinosaurs in ARK arent cloned. They are taken from their time by using a time traveling machine made by super advanced cyborgs.

T-Rex would actually be both a scavenger and hunter, this is because a hadrosaur vertebrate was found with a T-Rex tooth embedded in it and the vertebrate was heeled. Also, birds are technically dinosaurs due to their hip bones, and even some behaviors. Now yes, their are more similarities with them, but those are the most prominent features.

Theres two ways i see of getting dino DNA. Both are equally unlikely. 1. We build a time machine and take some from living dinos. (But at that point we can just steal and egg) or 2. We take down an alien spaceship that so happen to have been studying earth for the last 70 million years and they have dino DNA

Well, we have found alive T. rex cells once. But only once so it IS possible to bring back a dinosaur!

I think the lore is that aliens pick up species before they all go extinct thus the name ARK. (Noah's Ark). This means that some type of disease killed all the humans.
