Such a lovely video! Herbs are my favorites, beside the nutrient value, new taste combinations keep our brain's young and fresh, promoting positive neuroplastic processes. This is why it is also good to encourage eating slowly, not only to fully enjoy the food but also to nurture the brain as well.
