how i can used it with common cathode led >> i mean connecting all the Led to one ground and the anode from the IC ?

I would like to use Buttons Connected to the mcp23017, so I would be happy about an example to Set each Port as Input and forward them to an esp8266

I think connecting A2 A1 A0 and reset to GND and does not make sense - the seem to be pulled down (or up in case od reset) by 103 8 pole 10k resistor on the fron of the board.

can your mcp23017 have a random address or where do i find it ? and how can you daisy chain this extender?

This is simply port expander ic. you can only control GPIO tasks. you can not take input from POT.
