Ingredients for the Gluten Free Green Smoothie Muffin
1 Banana
1 Egg
2 oz Fresh Spinach
1¼ Cups Oat Flour
⅔ Cups Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of salt

Directions for the Gluten Free Green Smoothie Muffin

1. Mix all ingredients in a blender to a smooth batter.
2. Pour into cupcake tin.
3. Bake at 375° F (190° C) for 15-20 minutes.
