A review of the BTMETER BT-770N Multimeter

After watching hours of multimeter reviews, I decided to gamble on this $25 multimeter from BTMETER, and I have to say I'm happy with it. For the small-electronics hobbyist, it has all the features you could ever need. I don't plan to use it for high-voltage or high-amperage testing, and I would not recommend it for those situations.

Ive had the exact same results with my identical meter, cleaned probe tips with fine steel wool and contact cleaner and really woke them up continuity is first class. Meter is accurate as well, at first I didnt like the look and shape, but its grown on me especially since overall its proven itself to be a reliable and consistant performer. At first I found the jack shutters a bit annoying, and I could easily remove them but they work well unlike some meters where they get stuck and jam so im leaving them in since im not above making a hookup mistake--lol It had to grow on me but this meter has really proven itself as accurate consistant and reasonably fast so I really have to give it a thumbs up. Its well worth what you pay for it.

Also for whatever reason you'll notice the one fuse on the left has one tall and one short fuse clip that leaves the fuse sitting at an odd angle-??-- I found out they are ALL like this for some reason --- I didnt like this so I ordered some clips and changed them out so I had two of the same size, fuse fits correctly now.
