Botw How to choose Amiibo Items & what Amiibos are

What are amiibos? How do you use Amiibos? Can you choose which items to get? You can't actually choose which Amiibos drops, but you can guarantee getting rare drops from the Amiibo. We'll learn how to manipulate the Amiibo drops.

At first, it seemed like not working. But when I got to the point that I’m getting rare drops after my 4th common drop, I kept reloading and reloading and reloading until my 7th or 8th reload and voila, the Twilight Bow!!! Thank you so much for this!

Used my NFC cards today for the first time and in half a day I got all the rare drops (weapons and outfits) from all the cards using this method. Thanks a lot.

For any Wii U owners!! (myself )

I know switching the time is a very long process, here is a quicker version but it’s not like this where you can “choose” your drop.

1. Make a save before you scan the amiibo

2.Open the chest, if it’s not what you want, reload the old save,

3. Rescan and repeat the steps!

It’s more random but this works!

Tried this method out today. On the 5th time the chance to get a specific amiibo weapon still lies by 10% for most Link amiibo. Outfits for Link have higher %, the head-piece has the highest. Which means it still takes some time and luck to get what you want. The Godess Sword from the Skyward Sword Link amiibo with attack bonus was worth trying this out!

Hey Nikko, I bought a package of amiibo cards and it should arrive to the residence I live until the end of this week. I'm really excited to use them to get the weapons (the Twilight Bow and the Biggorn Goron Sword, especially) and the tunics from past games. I really appreciate your videos. I just tried this tonight, and I'm not sure if it was just dumb luck, but I think this method can be used to get all the divine helms in one go. What I did was I applied this method using Ravioli and not surprisingly pulled four bows in a row. On the fifth pull I got the Vah Medoh helm and decided to scan the other three champions. To my surprise, I got the other three divine helms. If someone else could try and report back, that'd be swell.
