1. I can't change my physical wellbeing because I'm already burned out and I don't have energy to do much more than I do and because of that I sleep a lot. I can't change my diet either because I'm poor so I have to rely on wheat even though it worsens my symptoms.
2. Breathing techniques just make me more anxious as they direct attention to my body which is over sensitive and in pain.
3. Theres no one I can ever unmask with because being unmasked means being completely silent and having no expression and that just bores&scares people. Being around people itself is masking, I would rather be alone. Socializing isn't good.
4. Autistic spaces are full of fighting and they do not feel safe to me. I don't connect with aspergers people as I have more issues. Being perceived in any way at this stage of burnout causes more stress. Unfortunately near total isolation is the only way to keep it at bay.
5. Stims don't help me regulate anymore because I'm honestly pretty numb. I can maybe stim away a meltdown but it won't change my burnout in any shape way or form, I'm constantly at a 8-9 stress level no matter what I'm doing, pleasant or not.
