i have all my test done like cardiac stress test, ecg, echo cardiogram, lipid profile, blood gulucose, elctrolyts but doctor said all are normal. but dont feel ok in gym i cant run more than 30 secs i got shortness of breath and passing out please help whats the problem

I'm getting some of these symptoms but not all I am told I have angina which seems to be getting worse as if there is dust in my right lung. After taking an X-ray they said I was ok and are very keen on an iodine or cr scan
