Thank you for this. I work on my flexibility every day, but I'm not yet able to squat fully.

This is hard for me to bend my knees that much. If I do this every day will it help?

Move guys move more... do calisthenics, yoga, weights whatever you enjoy... you will be younger than most... it's very difficult to start at an old age...
