I have this on my neck when I was younger my parents thought it was dirt and scrubbed my neck everyday and it got even worse after watching lots of videos on how to lighten your neck I found the best way is to cut out sugar and drink lots of water and exercise and lift weights this will make you burn fat and in 1 to 3 months you will see a change thats what I saw on YouTube I'm gonna try all this and take before and after pics and put on my channel on how to loose this condition starting 1st December and will tell you how to is in a few months plz support me guys if you have this problem
