Hi sir, I’ve just watched your video on how to plan an essay (using writer’s purposes) and I found it really helpful but I was wondering if you could make a video specifically on what the writer’s purposes are. Like what Charles Dickens’s purposes are for a Christmas Carol, like you did for Jeckyll and Hyde in the video. Using Macbeth as an example, the quotes you list in your compilation videos can at times be rather lengthy, 4-5 lines even, albeit having lots of points to analyse. In flashcards like this, do you suggest those whole quotes to be listed, or for them to be broken into one-liners & written separately, which would ultimately result in a much larger quantity of flashcards than anticipated?
