My USB ports work most of the time but every now and then they all stop working for like about 30 seconds then they all start working again. Is this the same issue?

Windows 11 does not recognize ANY usb ports on boot up, so there is no way to enter the password to log in. No help at all! Thumbs down!!

Hello! I'm getting a message that my usb port is not working, windows doesn't recognize, etc. when I have not used a usb port, I don't even own a usb stick. I got rid of the banner notification but it still makes a sound--over, and over, and over. I have to turn off the volumn. Can some you help?
