Well, what about people who cannot exercise because of their ankylosing, spondylitis, osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, and age? Not everyone can do that some people can’t afford a coach and a lot of people just can’t do a lot of physical things anymore because they have so much pain and stiffness and it cost money to get somebody who is qualified to really help you on steps yourself and get your body moving and get you back in shape, and most people like myself cannot afford that. But we got us what our insurance covers which is somebody comes for an hour who isn’t really all that great and they do a few little things with you and see you a couple times a week and that doesn’t really do much for you.
