How do you record what is seen in the headset + how do you include your body in it? do you have videos explaining this process? thx!

Great video! I dont know why we shouldnt set direction lock. If i for example walk in a park and switch path i wont stay in the centre of the video without direction lock set. It will switch view. Is this how it should be?

At 1:46, "Insta 360 doesn't shoot HDR just yet"... I'm not sure this is correct. Actually you can create HDR videos from X4 recordings, but only when exporting using the iOS app, using the "Dolby Vision" option at export time. Android and Desktop app are not supported yet, which a shame because it looks fantastic.

I personally upload my 360 videos at max quality to youtube and keep them private (infinite storage for free!?), then I can watch them without any hassle in the Quest Youtube app. Not sure how much youtube compression alters the quality but it looks ok.

Insta360 is giving me a run around on the adobe premiere audio bug. New firmware came out and it isn't fixed. Support now says itll be fixed in the next studio update... but unless they mean the adobe plugin is being uldated, a studio update wont fix this. Now after I asked how it could fix it they say its adobes fault and I should contact them.. my insta360 x3 files work fine... im about to return thos thing. Their customer service is one useless reply per day.

I compared X3/4 photos with iPhone 15 Pro panos on my Vision Pro. Videos are not so interesting for me. The X3/4 photos (max. 72MP) look not as good as the iPhone ones.

Hugh - awesome video. Step-by-step in premier pro was a life saver. One question. I followed your steps exactly and a 1 minute 8K recorded video on a Insta 360 X4 rendered and exported into a 24GB video. Does that sound right. I was a little blown away at how large the video exported.

Not sure what I did wrong, but I can't play the video in spatial gen and it flashes a pink box in moon player. No video. Should I just use Insta360 sw?
