We all know that hotdog buns must be tender but resistant, have a balanced flavor and be the perfect size. On top of that, we like it when it has some moisture to it. Today we are showing you how to step up your hotdog buns game once and forever! What’s the secret you may ask? Sweet potato bread!

These are the ingredients we used in the video to make 1kg of dough.
Ingredients:

- (100%) All-purpose flour: 538grs
- (25%) Water: 134grs
- (5%) Powdered milk: 27grs
- (25%) Smashed sweet potato: 134grs
- (11%) Egg: 59grs
- (5%) Fresh yeast: 27grs
- (6%) Butter: 32grs
- (6%) Sugar: 32grs
- (2%) Salt: 10grs

I've been making my own bread, rolls, English muffins etc for years. Finding your channel will tweak my methods even more. I'm curious on the brand of potato masher you used in this video. I'm tired of these cheap wobbly mashers I've been looking at. The one you used looks really robust. I'm sure other people would be interested in the tools you found worth investing in. Thanks
