Made them just now. I divided the dough to 4 sausage bun and 4 with black bean paste in them. My family loves them so much! Will def use this recipe again in the future.

Quick tip that I stole from Magic Ingredients cuz I'm to lazy to knead the dough that long to get that smooth bouncy and elastic texture.

*Once the butter/oil/margerine has started being incorperated with the dough, let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
*After 10 minutes, knead it as usual and within 30 sec or so, you'll def get the smooth and bouncy texture.

Tried it today with wheat flour and 1/2 cup all purpose flour and kneaded it very well for 10 min.came out really well... Thank you so much Bincy...I always wait for new baking recipe's..Dubai...

Just made these. They’re delicious. I topped them with fresh Parmesan and everything bagel. Thank you for another great recipe. I also add water and oil to the pan with the hot dogs and let them cook down.

Thank you for this recipe, I tried it and they were perfect at first try. I used a mix of white and brown bread so I used a little more flour to make it not so sticky when kneeding
