It's great that you mentioned that tricks maintain the name as well as the tail and nose of the board.

I thought that Popsicle boards were symmetrical, and I recently learned they're not. What would happen if I ride my board in my regular stance but with the tail in front? Is there a problem with that? is ollie harder to make? if not, why the difference then?

Good material. You're setting us beginner level skateboarders up with some mental mind game crap though. Can you do a tutorial on learning switch... or just both stances? Fakie ollie switch nollie, lopsided body, goofy foot stigma, etc. That stuff can get in your head. Rad video.

you have a great way of teaching lol, but can you make a front boardslide or 50-50 on a flatbar tutorial?

Surely pushing mongo in fakie makes sense because your pushing foot goes straight on the part of the board you need to pop? If you push with your back foot in fakie, you have to then shuffle your front foot onto the nose, which is exactly what makes pushing mongo in regular a bad idea.

Just what I needed! However, one quick question. Would you not consider a fakie 5-0 a switch nosegrind? I'm sure it's just semantics, but I was curious WHEN something like that becomes switch. Does it depend on how you get into the trick?
