The pants are the best rain pants I've ever owned. I commute on bicycle year round, and have been all my 45 years of life, and these are worth every penny. Every other cycling pants I owned where even close to the quality of these. You could wear these with nothing under as they breath so well and don't feel clammy against your skin. They don't restrict your leg movement in anyway. The jacket is a bit bulky for the pack so I didn't get it. The pants are pretty packable though.
