How to use the Cross Section Tool in Equator

How To:
Left click to create points for your cross section line, right click when your line is finished
A menu will appear on the left side of your screen when the line is finished.
Click the “View Cross Section” button to see the cross section graph.

Tips:
In the Layers list, click the Download button to download your cross section as CSV file. You can use this file to create your own graphs.

This tool works best in areas with LiDAR or LiDAR-derived coverage.

Adjust symbology, colors and labels of the cross section line in the menu on the left.
