Took gear for two years got super strong and super big and wrecked my body... Eight years later I take zero gear zero sups eat quality food not always clean, I've gone from 315 to 240 I'm not as strong as I was on gear but not too far off as a natural and I feel great. Great advice Maik!

Great info. As for supplementation, in addition to zinc and magnesium, my understanding is that boron can have a significant effect of testosterone levels. Do you have an opinion on this?

Will testosterone decrease as we diet to lose weight? Then losing weight will be more difficult as the testosterone is lower while dieting? This I’ve never understood.
