Almost every second person is fond of chocolates and request me to add a square of chocolate in their diet plan and I gladly do it because that I believe that good quality dark chocolate has its own benefits when consumed in monitoration. Any chocolate that contains 70% of coco and is loaded with iron magnesium and other nutrients are definitely considered healthy than the chocolates that have more sugar content. Also loaded with antioxidants such as polyphenols, flavanoids etc which help us and protect us from getting cell damage. it is also interesting that dark chocolate compounds help in increasing the blood flow there by reducing the blood pressure which goes with hypertension. They also reduces the LDL the bad cholesterol and increases the HDL which is also called as the good cholesterol which protects our heart health. Studies also shows that dark chocolate reduces the formation of plaque there by reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Above all dark chocolate also increases the brain performance by improving the blood flow to the brain and enhances the brain memory. Therefore square of pure dark chocolate 3 or 4 times a week should definitely be healthy.
