You forgot, most brands are way over limit on lead and cadmium.

I make a "pudding" w a cooked sweet potatoes, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/4 c almond milk n 2 tsp to 1 tbsp cacao. The sweet potatoe is sweet enough. It's a great dessert while not eating refined sugar.

I love cacao, but too much! After a couple of months of eating a heaping tablespoon with my coconut milk and honey I started getting cramps and stiffness in my index finger. Stopped eating it and slowly felt better. Tried two teaspoons and a lot of the stiffness returned. Moderation seems to be the key. :(
