Rebuild it! Subaru FACTORY 5 818 Kit Car / PAINT / EXHAUST / TAIL LIGHTS pt.1

Here's part 1 of the 818 rebuild!
This kit car is made by Factory 5, and it utilizes a Subaru WRX powertrain.
This thing is considered rear-mid engine, and the rear wheels are powered from where the WRX would have had its front wheels powered.
When we're done with this thing it should be a supercar killer;)

Nice rebuild. My sons and I finishing an 818 coupe we picked up. Liking your tail light treatment and center exhaust. We are set up for a dual outlet center exhaust. Sounds good.

Thank you for not slathering sound dampener all over the car. A good rule of thumb is 25% of the flat surface gets you about 75% of the dampening. And you don't need to do corners and hard bends.

I might use the same halos for my tail lights. They look awesome. Might 3D print a housing and stick the reverse lights in the middle. I want my exhaust to exit like yours but dual tip and spread out a little.

I'm thinking of getting an 818, however, I'm on the taller side and am worried about fitting in the car. How tall is the driver driving into the garage?

That one little square of matting sounding material that ain’t gonna do shit but are you better off putting nothing if you put that tiny piece you should at least do a 12 x 12 even a most your full-size sedans they have a 24 x 24 pieces hidden in each door panel generally speaking
