Hi second comment: You are correct about the imperfections in the bodywork - that's on builder. The idea here is that the fiberglass body from the factory is "good enough" for a race car, or even a basic street car with little or no bodywork required. Unlike the Factory Five Cobra, the fiberglass shell comes with little or no parting seams. The red gel coat is even good enough for some applications, either wrap it or add some decals and the car looks decent for the money. It costs $6, 000 - $ 8, 000 for professional bodywork and paint.
