My guess is that her seeing the Mythosaur in the Living Waters changed her perspective on a lot of things. Before that she seemed to not believe any of the legends and customs of old Mandalorian culture but now is re-thinking what she thought to be truth.

I think it's more, like everyone else has said, that she was abandoned by her previous allies and disillusioned and now these people, probably the largest community of Mandolorians still around, accepted her so smoothly and easily that she can look past the cult. And also, she's finally actually seen what they're like, rather than assuming them insane cultists

She was pretty done when Grogu returned alone. No sword, no members, and she's the only one left of clan Kryze. But Bo Katan realized Din Djarin trusted her and decided to help the two.

In my theory, uniting all Mandalorians cannot be done by a single person. They have to band together in order to be successful. The Armorer only wants two things: To reunite all Mandalorians, and bring them back to the code of honor. But in order to do that, the Armorer has to guide the best Mandalorians to do jobs that they are best at. Bo Katan has nowhere to go, so she decided to join the Children of the Watch.

To back this theory, Din Djarin holds the Darksaber by tradition. But the sword still rejecting him. It could mean that it is not yet his time for him to wield the sword because he has more potentials to grow. His main job ATM is to train Grogu.

Bo Katan saw the real Mythosaur, and can wield the Darksaber capably. But she's not the current owner by tradition. Her current job is to reunite all Mandalorians because she walked both worlds. She understands the other side of Mandalorians [e.g. those who removes mask]

The Armorer is the only one who's able to forge besker steel at the moment. Her current job is to look for the foundlings, be the blacksmith, and current leader of the Watch.

Paz Vizsla is better at military forces.

All of them have solid roles. It cannot be done by a single Mando. It's not the same thing as before during the time of their ancestors.They have to do it right, and do it cooperatively.

She has nothing left. They gave her a place to stay and somewhere she is respected. She hardly had a choice. She's just trying to peice her life back together somehow.

The experience she had at the waters with Mando just ultimately shocked her to the point that it changed her thought process.

Or, she was deeply moved by seeing the Mythisaur in the Living Waters of Mandalor. For her, this may have been a profound religious experience, which can bring about significant shifts in attitude.
While she didn't like Din much, she does seem to have a soft spot for Grogu. Which probably has a lot to do with the Mandalorian creed.
Recently, it was implied that her entourage has left her. And she was made homeless with that bombing. At this point, all she has to her name is her armor, weapons, and The Gauntlet (her ship). Dazed, confused, and questioning a lot of things, she was then given a warm welcome and a gilded invitation to join a community with no long-term obligation. As far as places to get back on your feet go, that's not a bad deal. And if she has plans for the long game, it's a decent way to stay close to Din, the man she must defeat to reclaim her former mantle.

Agreed. Many vanilla comments saying that she had a change of heart by seeing a Mythasaur is quite simplistic if that was actually to happen and would degrade the already shaky writing of the current season. If I were to see with Bo's perspective, its an opportunity of a lifetimes since she had the Dark Saber plus they've been laying clues of her gathering intel on the beliefs of the group and where, when and what could earn their loyalties. Her having the same Beskar pauldron with the Mythasaur signet same as Din at the same exact spot is already a big hint as if its interchangeable.

She was rejected by the nite owls as she didn't have the darksaber, and she has nothing and nobody left to cling to. She tells Din she wants to be left alone, but when he is in danger, she went to save him simply because she has a heart. She felt uncomfortable and out of place at first when she entered the covert, but they gave her somewhere to be accepted despite her not having the darksaber. So she used to despise their ways, but doesn't anymore.

Her home was blown up by the empire remnants they pretty soon afterwards she was offered a new one among the children of the watch. Seems like pretty natural response.
