They use the wrong mic for her voice. Its capturing to much detail...and not in a good way.

bs. i returned after 10 days. the sound stage is rubbish. the stereo worst than my philips cheap soundbar

Returned it within 1 day - Unforunately it wants to know your location and percise location 24/7 - terrible app terrible setup Also it forces you to turn its microphone on so it can listen to everything you do - no option! no option for percise location too! Getting something better

I do not recommend buying this, mine broke after 2 years of work, they can’t fix it in Ireland, rubbish. I went and bought a Denon, it's more expensive, but I think the Japanese soundar will last as long as it should.
