Could you please define what you exactly mean when you are talking about consciousness? From what I understood you mean the chattering left hemisphere, the intellectual mind..or in other words LOGOS I am right?

The Buddhist and vedanta philosophy have a different notion of consciousness but that does not mean that there is a contradicyion quite the opposite...just using the same word for two completely different meanings.

I don’t agree with you equating the ego with consciousness. The rationalising mind is not consciousness itself. All eastern philosophy explains this, especially Advaita Vedanta

The Nietzsche's failure is the creation of an individual moral which is the reason why he has been misunderstood. Also, Dostoyevsky was more accurate on predicting the consequences of the dead of god. Very hard to make comparisons but what you have a point.
