I get asked a lot why I’ll buy an used good quality bike over a new cheap one. My daily is a 10yo Giant that was kept like new by the previous owner, and in turn by me. I’d put it up against any new department store bike and I’ll have it for another 10 years and give it to a kid who needs a bike.

If the service charges won't originated from the price of the repaired bike. The repairing "approach" should not vary also. or the service charges are different if the bike is a top end 6000$+ bike?Take the wheel out and get the job done correctly! Customer will be happy, and it can gain more customers and prestige.

Great idea! On cheap bikes, instead of using your tools, you can just not use your tools and make it way harder for yourself! That’s so smart
