Let's review the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE! I've spent the past few days constantly testing this phone and here is my full, in-depth review. I do think that it is a good phone overall - just that the value isn't quite there yet.

If you considered it at 2699, which is selling for now, it's quite good for what it provided. But also discounted S24 is there, and even last year, S23U is around this price range. The only major upgrade here is the software support, but not a lot of people use it for 7 years unless it's passed down.

Spec wise of course China phone like Xiaomi or Redmi will be cheaper with better hardware, but for software experience OneUI way more polish & stable compared to HyperOS, I have 2 years old Samsung phone with SD8 Gen 1 to compared with my newly Xiaomi phone with SD8s Gen 3, in terms of software experienced I will choose Samsung again in future, HyperOS feel unpolished & half baked, and OneUI feel more responsive when navigate through system UI for everyday use. But HyperOS animation feel more fluid compared to OneUI

I got this phone and I love it. I have had it since launch and the phone runs fast and cool. With all the Samsung goodness I would wait till it goes on sales. But if you need a phone it's worth the money

Hoping to upgrade from Exynos 1280 to Exynos 2400e

This phone is actually great. It has 90% of the experience of S24 in terms of camera and display while giving you better battery and performance at a cheaper price.

I have s24+
Things i don't like that need improvement, compared to my old s9+
1. Aluminum frame easily gets dent when i drop waist level.
2. The speaker needs improvement, my s9+ has way better sound in full volume.

Please wait for the discounts. Around Christmas, they should be reduced to £500 or less, making it a reasonable choice in the sub-£500 market. Unless you are devoted to Samsung, there are better alternatives at its current price, like the Honor Magic 6 Pro, which was recently sold for £100 more than the S24FE.

If you compare the S23FE Snapdragon 3 Gen 1 to the S24FE, you will see a NOTABLE difference in speed with LESS heating issues and stumbling! Having had the S23FE for a year, I find the S24FE a much BETTER experience, overall. The larger display, reduced bezels and more efficient CPU you will NOTICE a battery life difference! The newer CPU is ALSO, creating better pictures especially in low-light with FASTER image processing. I have NOT read/watched this anywhere, but I am actually getting a BETTER 5G signal on the S24FE using T-Mobile in the USA than the S23FE in my use case. This may just be a fluke, but is something I've noticed. Spec-wise they BOTH support the SAME 5G bands so, I'M calling my use case a fluke and do NOT want to mislead anyone as I CANNOT confirm my results but, this stronger signal is improving my battery life in my case.
