Ingredients for 1 cup:
250 ml hot water
1 toothpick of Fennel+
1 teaspoon dried fennel seeds
2 teaspoons honey
Fresh lemon slices (optional)

Instructions:
Boil 250 ml of water, then allow it to cool slightly.
Place 1 teaspoon of dried fennel seeds in a tea infuser or a teapot.
Add 1 toothpick of Fennel+ to the infuser.
Pour the hot water over the fennel seeds and Fennel+.
Cover and steep for 5-7 minutes to allow the flavours to infuse.
