Everyday should have time dedicated to praise & honor our Lord. 5 day work weeks are good balance for us. The other two between family friends & community worship. It doesn’t need to be more complicated then that.

God first in all things. Sunday the Lords day. First day of the week

Dispensationalist Bible lover here. No one in Bible ever said to change the day. Was raised Baptist with a Baptist preacher Grandfather. Went to church my whole life on Sunday. My husband Seventh Day Adventist so I have struggled with this for 35 years. Just because someone met on Sunday doesn't say change God's Sabbath day. Jesus never changed the day not even in the Sermon on the Mount when He spoke to us all. Chuck Missler spoke on this. He chose to spend Sabbath with a Jewish friend because that's what he enjoyed. I'm not even in church right now. I'm studying on my own and did with my father before he passed away. I don't feel good about this but the churches don't seem to preach on anything but poof and the prosperity gospel. I love to study on what other people believe but everyday I ask for wisdom and discernment. There's some weird doctrine out their these day's. Adventist believe the mark of the beast is Sunday Sabbath keepers. Jeesh. God bless all. Paul did say in Colossians not to let people judge your food and Sabbath days. But I think in Millennium reign we celebrate Jewish day's. Got to study that on.

He is the Christ. The suffering servant who died for our sins. By his stripes, we are healed.

Good. Now we have the good argument to justify the day of the eucharist.

Oops, sorry Dr.Marshall this ain't a protestant it's a Seventh Day Adventist. Not even a true Trinitarian as we know it.
You are of course correct in your apologetics.
But these guys aren't actually attacking you where they claim to be.
They are ACTUALLY accusing you of being the great beast spoken of by Daniel "who thinks to change times and laws"
The best answer to this accusation is to merely point out that Christ himself, Lord of Heaven and Earth, personally authorized the Church ALL AUTHORITY.
It is quite easy to show that Sabbath Keeping as Adventists view it ceased during the lives of the Apostles.
Any rudimentary knowledge of Greek proves that fact.
Greek word for the day we call Sunday is
Kiriaki which directly translates to Lord's Day.
Which has been translated as an adjective rather than the noun.
Saturday, the Jewish Sabbath is never referred to as The Lord's Day, but Sabaton.
The Greek Language is very clear on this point.
This is also probably why there are so very few Greek Seventh Day Adventists.
American hillbilly theology at its finest.

Yes, First Day in the New Covenant is pre eminent day of worship and rest in Christ even though everyday is equal in Christ in New Covenant. The sabbath day was for Israel of Old Covenant dispensation.
