any US airport allows 2 750ml bottle per person, so get anyone in your party, even if they do not drink to purchase at the local hometown airport, and bring it along w/you. Also across from the Westin is a mini-mart that sells cold beers, wine singles, and wine coolers for 2.00 each. also bring the insulated bags, resemble women's shopping bags, pocketbooks just soft-sided insulated bags that are cheaper in the usa....bring insulated cups from home to create mix drinks on the beach, be discreet and no one will bother you.

any sand within 20ft of the shore line (should be...there's a lot of local bias and if you're in front of local property they might make a scene) is public. Therefore drinking is allowed. If the hotel/condo owners give you shit for having alcohol just get in the water its your best bet.
