Here's the real BS of this lawsuit.
Captain Marvel (Shazam) had a solid set of powers before Superman did. You see, Superman's powers kept changing and were still changing by the time Captain Marvel came out. Captain Marvel's powers have never changed. An example of this is flight. A power Captain Marvel had when he debuted but Superman didn't have until a year after that. Another was super intelligence. Something Captain Marvel had from jump, but they gave Superman many years later.
So DC stole abilities from another character and then sued the writers of that character for ripping them off.
