The wild strawberries are technically another breed and honestly the best strawberries you'll ever eat. Some of my happiest childhood memories are about going to the middle of nowhere and searching for wild strawberries. Either you get lucky and find a seemingly infinite amount, or you search for hours and end up with like 2. No in-between😂

And it's actually not that hard with modern technology to sterilize something like this so that something like a slice of lemon can be kept inside a sealed can for a long time without really deteriorating at all. Think of it as basically just like any other kind of canned food. As another example of this sort of thing, you can actually now buy milk in sealed containers that do not need to be refrigerated (until they're opened), because they are so completely free of any spoilage organisms that there is nothing inside that can make them go bad, even if they're not kept cold.

7:30 Pretty sure one of those spoons is actually a salad fork, which you see in salad serving sets that for some reason looks like a big spork. The spoon is just in one of the slots and the sauce is hiding the slots. That or the bowl is tilted so the sauce isn't level, because I can only imagine that illusion working if the sauce is deeper towards the bottom of the image.
