We’ve all seen the divisive, egotistical, hateful people who are super popular online. If only so many more folks would follow Kyle, a truly wise and compassionate man. So much love and respect for him. This is what trauma therapy looks like.

For me it has helped to take breaks throughout the day to get back to my core. It gets easier and easier in time.

~4:30 Eating ice cream for 18 hours and then working out for 20 minutes = killing ourselves in the "real" world for 18 hours and then meditating for 20 minutes -- in both cases thinking that's all we're good for (have "time" for) and hoping it's good enough. And knowing it isn't. I will carry that with me, for sure. Thanks, Kyle. <3

After my yoga sessions I just relax on the mat until everyone in the class filed out so I can bring the benefits and connect/continue to the rest of my day...

Wow! This was spot on what I experienced today. Every single word he spoke was what I experienced when I did not wake up this morning and meditate my lower self was controlling the narrative of the day causing me to go into stressful thoughts that I cannot control or change, but if I paid more attention to my higher, conscious self through the meditative practice, the rest of my day would’ve gone a lot smoother had I paid attention first thing in the morning to give myself that five minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, etc. etc. etc.so profound, I will not allow my lower, conscious self to run or dictate the rest of my life ever again this is truly profound!❤

Sometime words come out giving an answer to someone that I didn't even think of, for eg, A family member mght say" Come here and do this." even though the situation is uncomfortable for me and normally would go to keep everyone happy but instead the truth is coming out, in a kind respectful way that I'm not in control of. It's lovingly taking care of me better than ever I could, am trusting the fruits of that now more and more, having time for quiet everyday really does show forth its fruit.

This helps so much! Just this morning I was meditating, or at least trying to. And thoughts just wouldn’t stop creeping in, and I gave up to get on with my day wishing I could ask someone how do you do this, this meditation thing. Now i have a new understanding, don’t quit, keep meditating as you go through the day. This makes sense to me!! Thank you

Thoughts are mind viruses. I do "the frame technique" to keep myself in my own energy when going out into the world.
