The answer is simple. In the Mario 3D All Star version of Mario Sunshine, a texture bug gives Peach eyeball earings for some of the early game cutscenes!

Well, there IS that one bug at the beginning cutscene of Super Mario Sunshine, in which Peach's eye textures are applied into her earrings for a brief moment.

Simple answer for Rosalina:
I have a Rosalina figure that has her hair but it’s like a flap where you can move it if you try hard enough. Rosalina does have a second eye if you move it and it’s really normal

Apparently Rosalina's other eye is actually mirrored if you look at her Mario Kart Wii model. Not sure if that applies to her other models though

Honestly? PLENTY of evidence has shown that Rosalina DOES have a normal eye under her bangs. On plushes, and some official artwork we do see it.

This is just ridiculous. That third eye under Daisy is just a texture glitch that no one would normally see and Rosalina does have a normal eye under her bangs.
