Whats really amazing is how he learned to write backwards and back to front!

Good that its explained in words but I would like to see examples of equations and see how the equations differ

Well, I actually like to explain it the other way around!

Algebra is the general thing and calculus is a branch of algebra.

Just like linear algebra is a branch of algebra.

Can you do a video on how you wrote that down?? Then we'll come back to the calculus stuff, because I can't concentrate on that right now.

what is the name of technology he is using to write. ? ( if he is writing on normal glass, we are supposed to see backside of characters but its showing front of it, HOW? )

This guy is a true wizard!! What kind of magic was that?

In calculus you deal with infinitesimals which are infinitely small values of change, aka doing math with infinity

Algebra is (one of) the largest organ of Calculus.

Scott LeMire Nope, the video is just mirrored in post production.

I like this video. It has a very good explanation.

This is a bit wrong: Calculus is the "mathematics of change" and it relies on analytical ideas. Calculus, as is usually taught in first courses is just algebra. There is a name for it: "Differential algebra", which accounts (also) for how functions are transformed when integrated or differentiated. What is given in calculus lectures is a very watered-down version of this and a very tiny bit of analytical ideas. The analytical part of calculus would be - for example - proving things with the axioms of real numbers.

Come for a math question be wondered by his writing skills

Would be better if the explanation is provided with some examples.

Tell me why algebra 2 is taking me longer to learn than trig? It's so funny. Anway, thanks for the video

Can we say that calculus is the mathematical philosophy of thinking algebra?

I must be dumb because I didn’t understand this explanation at all…

What calculus is more abstract than Algebra?
So abstraction of calculus is more than abstraction of Algebra... Why they don't call it abstract calculus!

omg is this why mathematicians have sloppy handwriting? they've been writing backwards all along?? SOLVED!

Calculus and trigonmetry are far easier than Algebra
