I have a speculation regarding the differences between that wand on Amazon and TikTok. It seems that Amazon, having rights to the Harry Potter intellectual property, may have engaged a manufacturing partner in China to produce the wand at a cost of possibly only $5. Upon seeing Amazon selling it for $60, the manufacturing partner decided to sell it independently for $30. However, to avoid intellectual property disputes, they fabricated various backgrounds. In reality, these two products might originate from the same factory, possibly even the same production line.

As a regular amazon shopper, I can see you purposely picked the higher priced listings. Also let's be real, if they're the same item, it's because both sites got the items drop shipped from temu or ali express for like 2 cents. At the end of the day, when Tik Tok has your credit card information, you've lost.

When 2 items are the same from 2 different stores it's likely that both companies did 'drop shipping' from a bigger manufacturer. This allows multiple company's to sell the same product. The larger manufacturer basically ships them out for you, meaning that both sellers don't have to directly do the shipping, they just have to promote the item and get back to the manufacturer with your contact/shipping details. It's very interesting.

I think one big reason I always go Amazon is the quick shipping but also the ease of returns- they make it so easy with no fees. I always worry other places have hidden return charges.
