I am not religious but I am also following this modesty journey! To me it feels like self-respect and showing decorum. Our bodies are sacred and we don’t need to showcase it all to get attention or feel beautiful!

I love modesty!!! Not everything needs to be shown. I’m like a pearl. ❤ it’s also liberating when we don’t dress how society wants us to. Not oppressed..Liberation!

Reminder that you can dress like the first set of pics and still be a follower of the Lord :) Modesty is relative, and in the scriptures, its emphasis has more to do with displaying one’s wealth/status than skin.

I guess I just don’t understand the correlation between Jesus and dressing more conservatively.
She dresses more modestly now and that makes her feel good. Cool.
I’ll be over here where it gets 110 in the summer drinking and an IPA in my sports bra and yoga short shorts.

The Bible verses about modesty are referring to not flaunting wealth which is why they say not to wear gold or pearls or expensive clothing/jewelry. There's nowhere in the Bible that says you body needs to be completely covered.

I love to watch movies from the 50’s because I always am amazed at how conservative they dressed, but how beautiful and attractive they looked. They had it all, and we can too. Thanks for the video! 🙏🏻❤️
