Hi friends. Let's talk MODESTY. Modesty is a very important component of walking with Jesus and we're on this journey with you. We speak on what the Bible says about modesty, where we're at with it, what modesty used to look like for us. We touch on social media and dealing with comments. We answer some of your questions as well.
We love you so much and Jesus loves you even more.

"Criticism without proximity is just gossip" Woo, that's a brilliant statement!!

I LOVE this!! I think everyone needs to remember that once you become a Christian you aren’t going to be immediately transformed from everything. It’s a process & what matters is your heart towards Jesus & allowing the spirit to do what he wants in your life. I’m proud of y’all!! & praying for you both & your ministry 🥰💓

This reminds me of when I got pregnant at 18 un married, and my mom’s Sunday school class refused to throw a baby shower, visit me at the hospital, and kicked me out of the group. I felt so shamed that I never returned to that church. I wish people would remember that Jesus went to the adulterer and the woman at the well to heal and help them. Jesus went to the sinners to show love, compassion, and forgiveness! That’s why we should always ask what would Jesus do? We will all continually fall short of the glory of God, but Christians are here to love, encourage, and help one another grow, not judge from a cruel jealous place. Too many Christians weaponize and hide their jealousy and misery behind Christ and judgement towards others, which turns people away from, not towards God. ❤ Thanks for this amazing message, ladies!

40 year old Christian dude binge listening to my 6th episode of Girls Gone Bible in a row as I build my barn... 🤣 Confession: I've never heard of you guys before today but after this episode, I am compelled to stop working and comment. THANK-YOU to both of you, for your authentic presence in social media and your wonderful witness for our Lord and Saviour, Jesus. I've been so impressed by your maturity and wisdom and I'm so insanely grateful that there are sisters in Christ out there like yourselves sharing the gospel and serving as role models for a younger generation who has so few Christlike women to look up to in today's world.

Bless you both and keep up the phenomenal work!

"Modesty points to Him, immodesty points to myself." So true, thank you for this podcast and a beautiful reminder that we each need to seek God's will for our own modesty and NOT judge others who are going through that journey with Christ. Much love!❤

The big difference between you two and most new believers is your guy’s lives are on public display for everyone to see. It’s called “born again” for a reason. You aren’t born and then immediately running!? No you have to learn how to walk. That takes time. It’s trial and error. No one walks perfectly with God but especially in the beginning. OF COURSE, you’re going to be criticized by people more so than others. I think it’s wonderful and inspiring how humble and genuine you both have been through it all. I’ve seen some not so nice comments too!! Yet you both have been kind and patient. Regardless of what you’re wearing, that says a lot about your hearts. Love you both!! ❤

As woman in my early 30's, I am just now realizing that modesty is a little journey of its own. I've noticed with me, that it starts within the heart and works its way outward and then becomes a public appearance of our change within ourselves as we follow God. This is a beautiful platform as it shows a human, flawed journey to growing a relationship with God. We are not perfect, we all have a past and will continue to make mistakes but God's grace and mercy and his love for us shows in his forgiveness as well.

I absolutely adore you both. I've seen so much hate and negativity specifically from believers and it has been extremely disappointing, but Jesus called you both for such a time as this. Our generation needs you. Two beautiful, strong, young, ambitious and relatable people with enough courage to bring hope and light to the lost. To those who don't feel worthy of God's love and grace because they too, have a dark past. (Which.. don't we all?). You both have such beautiful testimonies and God is using every part of your journeys for a bigger purpose than you realize. Block out the noise and stay steady.

as a believer, do not allow other human beings to let you feel ashamed. you guys are doing a beautiful thing and are bringing so many people closer to god whether it’s your beauty or whatever the reason it’s for a reason. everyone’s on there own journey, do what makes you happy. thank you for your platform! 💗

Every single video you've made has spoken to me directly. Either as confirmation, conviction or knowledge. Thank you for being so vulnerable and honest and being your true selves. Nobody is perfect and it truly is working on ourselves daily and being teachable. The Lord knows your heart, not a stranger in your comments so do not let any of them get you down. You exuberate God's grace and love.

Being teachable is so respectable. One thing that some people forget is that every day there's something new to learn and if we didn't get something right yesterday that's okay! Grace abounds, what matters is that we are trying to move forward and learn.

I am proud of y'all. Even in this short time, it is evident that God has done/ changed so much in y'alls lives for Him to get the glory from it.

I LOVE YALL!! I’m in my early twenties and am maturing in my faith. I found your podcast and it’s been such a big support. Y’all have encouraged me and also convicted me. I can’t wait to share it with my girls!

I completely understand this journey you’re on ladies. I used to be in the same boat and have struggled with modesty myself!

I think as you desire more of Jesus and the truly reflect Him in ALL areas of your life, your hearts will change pertaining towards what you wear.

Always ask yourself “does this glorify my holy, and righteous Savior?”

“Does this bring me closer to God and being a witness for Him?”

“Will this be helpful for my brother or sister in Christ?”

Take the time to ask those questions and allowing the Holy Spirit to convict you & lead you is key.

Also remember you don’t want to do right by people- BUT TO GOD 🤍🤍

People are fickle with their warped opinions- having the spirit of the fear of the Lord is what brings us closer & closer to being more like Him 🙌🏽

wow… this really touched me.
thank u so much.
i am former LG(BT), former female to male trans. it’s been a struggle.
especially in my mannerisms, my attire, how i present myself. it’s really difficult. and i appreciate how you said “criticism without proximity is gossip”. although i’m also guilty of gossip, lol, i deeply appreciate that explanation.
i’m on a journey of being a woman of God, (meaning i’m not longer identifying as a trans man), and it’s a journey. but God is with me. :)

Thank you thank you thank you Ladies! I am a curvaceous girl and have recently lost a lot of weight which make my curves show a little more no matter what I put on. I recently wore a dress to church that was down past my knees, no cleavage and with a blazer. Some of the feedback was that I was dressed inappropriately. It honestly hurt my feelings because it was simply because of my shape. I was so distracted during service and I didn't stand up during praise and worship because I was subconscious about my back side. It wasn't until my first lady approached me and told me how cute I was and that she was proud of me for taking care of my body. She told me to keep my head up and never let anyone body shame you again.

Hi ladies! First things first, I love the support and accountability you keep for one another. It is so sweet and admirable. I pray for genuine friendships in my life to keep me guarded like that. Second, I’m so so glad you both have been strengthened by God’s spirit to continue speaking on your experiences in spite of discouraging feedback. To see young women living for God, and working in entertainment, is needed just as you both pointed out. How will people come to know God if Christians solely contain themselves in “Christian” spaces? Just your boldness and vulnerability alone magnifies His name. :) Also, thank you for redirecting the point that modesty begins with a pure heart that serves and leads others toward Christ! Yes and amen!! xx

Thank you for your podcast. I often feel like I'm being lectured by a mom or dad in these Christian podcasts but with you ladies I feel like I am actually chatting with sisters and friends about our faith journey. Sometimes, our friends can have stronger influences than our own parents. So thank you for putting yourselves out there because we don't have many young modern women spreading the word.

I love that you two spoke about how we attract certain types of people with the image we project. It is so true and I don’t think that a lot of people realize it. It can have a big affect on our social lives, our dating lives, and even work opportunities. I believe their are a lot of high quality guys out there who avoid women with super provocative social medias (myself included). I’m sure the same is true for many women who avoid certain types of men.
